Chien Lin Su, originally a contemporary jeweler working with metal, shifted his focus to tea, creating daily-use utensils from a tea practitioner’s perspective. His artistic journey evolved from metal art to integrating the aesthetics of tea, flowers, calligraphy, and nature into unique teapots and accessories. Collaborating with brands and spaces, his work spans tea ceremony exhibitions, teachings, and calligraphy projects. Su’s fusion of Chinese and Japanese calligraphy, blending traditional elements with modern techniques, redefines the boundaries of these art forms.
